# SAFc Value Chain

Maps the SAFc money flow end to end: aviation customers and airlines (off-chain, not verifiable), the SAFc Registry's published $3/tonne issuance fee (floor reconstructed from on-chain retirement volumes), the RMI-to-Energy-Web operator contract (not published; annual anchor from RMI's Form 990), EWF's monthly USDC deposits into the OCR reward pool (reconstructed from rate changes and observed on-chain), and the daily payouts to VCC operators (fully on-chain). Includes the per-tonne split across the three operator-rate eras ($1.00 announced, ~$0.90 reconstructed, $0.40 confirmed) and the pool's runway.
